Mark I. Foteh, a Houston personal injury attorney, received his BBA in Finance from the University of Houston in 1996 graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Foteh received J.D. from South Texas College of Law graduating Cum Laude and ranked #7 in his class. While attending South Texas College of Law he was awarded the Stephen Tye Carpenter Award for demonstrating characteristics of kindness, generosity and help to others.
Kevin P. Gallagher (of Counsel), a Houston personal injury attorney that received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston in 1996 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2001. He began his legal career at the nationally recognized Lanier Law Firm located in Houston, Texas.
